Ayur-Vidya Ayurveda Certification Course

As a health practitioner, one is always in constant search of healing methods to provide relief to patients. It’s evident that no two patients are alike, as we deal with human beings, not machines. Therefore, individualized and holistic treatment is essential and timely.

Ayurveda has long emphasized the importance of individualized treatments. It approaches patients and their ailments holistically, rather than merely managing symptoms. Ayurvedic treatment comprises five basic pillars: a healthy Ayurvedic diet, internal herbal remedies, external physical therapies, systemic purification treatments, and yoga, pranayama, and meditation. According to Ayurveda, health is not just the absence of symptoms or disease but a perfect balance of a healthy body, mind, soul, and social well-being.

A health practitioner or therapist who can understand the exact needs of the patient and deliver appropriate care is invaluable. This capability can be achieved through learning Ayurveda.

In the Ayur-Vidya course, we offer a detailed and in-depth study of Ayurvedic principles, disease management, and therapies. Ayur-Vidya is a perfect blend of theory and practicals, tailored to the needs of health practitioners and therapists.
